Applying online takes a few minutes. Once approved, you can use your credit line at Northpointe for anything from a single filling to full-mouth reconstruction, plus at other CareCredit providers
Sunbit
Sunbit is a pay-over-time option for patients who want a fast answer without a hard credit pull. The application takes about 30 seconds on your phone or at our front desk and uses a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score. Sunbit also works alongside insurance: it can cover the remaining balance after your plan pays its portion.
Wellness Plan
No dental insurance? Our in-house Wellness Plan covers your preventive care for one flat annual fee. No deductibles, no annual maximums, no waiting periods, and no claim forms. Coverage starts the day you enroll. This is a membership savings plan, not dental insurance
Cash, Debit & Credit
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. HSA and FSA cards are welcome for eligible treatment. Payment is due at the time of service, and we apply your insurance estimate first so you are only paying your share

We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and file your claims for you, so you are not chasing reimbursement yourself. Send us your plan information and we will run a complimentary benefits check before your appointment.

Your first visit covers a complete exam, a full set of digital X-rays, and a routine cleaning. Available to new patients without dental insurance. Your cleaning is included as long as we find no gum disease. If we do find gum disease, we will show you what we found, explain the treatment you need, and quote the price before we do anything.
BOOK MY FIRST VISITMinimum fee $79 for new patients without dental insurance. This is a minimum fee and your total charges may increase depending on the treatment you require. Includes comprehensive oral evaluation (D0150, standard fee $300) and complete intraoral radiographic series (D0210, standard fee $200). Routine cleaning (D1110 adult or D1120 child, standard fee $250) is included only in the absence of periodontal disease. If periodontal disease is diagnosed, periodontal therapy will be recommended and quoted separately. Payable by cash, debit, or credit. Not valid with dental insurance benefits, other offers, or prior services. Not available to Medicaid or CHIP beneficiaries. Offer valid through [09, 2026].

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any medications you’re currently taking. If you’ve had recent dental X-rays at another office, ask them to email the images to us before your visit so we can avoid duplicating them. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork, or save time by completing it online ahead of your visit using the link we’ll send after booking.
We are in-network with most major dental plans, including Delta Dental, UnitedHealthcare, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, and Guardian. We also work with most other PPO plans on an out-of-network basis and will file your claims directly so you don’t have to. Not sure if we accept your plan? Yes. We offer nitrous oxide (often called “laughing gas”) for mild dental anxiety, and oral conscious sedation for patients who need more support during longer or more involved procedures. Both options are safe, well-established, and wear off quickly, and we’ll walk you through exactly what to expect before, during, and after.
