Office Closure due to Coronavirus

Starting tomorrow, 3/19/2020, Northpointe Family Dentistry will only see emergency patients according to the recommendations of the American Dental Association and the White House. We will postpone elective/routine procedures for 2 weeks to reduce our interactions with others to do our part to stop the spread of the coronavirus and to minimize our use of gloves and masks while they are desperately in need by paramedics and hospitals to treat patients with the coronavirus.

Girl Scouts at the Dental Office

We were happy to have a visit from a sweet squad of 6-year-old Girl Scouts last week. Dr. Tina Garza spoke to the girls about the importance of self respect and how taking good care of your teeth is a reflection of your self respect. Phyllis then took the girls and their parents on a tour of the office and showed them the equipment the dentist uses for dental checkups and cleanings. Finally a hands-on demonstration was setup with teeth, dentures, and toothbrushes so we could practice proper oral hygiene techniques.
